If you signup for an UNLIMITED membership, you have access to both Fightgirl Fitness and Urban Block Fitness. 


FIGHTGIRL FITNESS - CLASS SCHEDULE

Fightgirl Fitness' everyday training is a mix of cardio and weights. We are a blend of strength and conditioning, high-intensity interval training cardio, aka HIIT cardio, and fitness kickboxing. We craft and follow our WOD (Workout of the Day), and focus on the health benefits from kickboxing training, opposed to fighter training - so no sparring!

Our class sizes are limited, so there is never more than 16 people per trainer. That means you get more individual attention from our trainers, which equals a workout that will yield results, and sets a path to your fitness goals.
