Brandon Robla

Brandon started his fitness journey as a youth participating in cross country and track & field. In high school, he became a competitive water polo player and earned All-American honors. Brandon later joined the United States Marine Corps where he developed a passion for weight training. He also served as his platoon physical training leader. Brandon obtained a green belt in the Marine Corps Martial Arts program. After an honorable discharge from the Marines, Brandon worked as a personal trainer for a few years. In 2008, he changed careers and went into Law Enforcement as a police officer; serving the City of Fresno. While working as a police officer, Brandon served concurrently as a United States Air Force Guardsman as an EOD Technician. In 2015, Brandon competed in his first Men’s Physique Competition, which helped to inspire his return to fitness. It helped fuel his desire to help others along in their own fitness journeys. Brandon is a dad to Cicily, 4, and Brielle, 6.


Richard Parr

Richard Parr has resided in the Central Valley for 20 years. He has 14 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and 6 years as a Master Certified Trainer with extra credentials in TRX, Strength and Conditioning, and Youth Fitness. Richard holds a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Sports Nutrition from Stanford University. He has successfully coached 7 full-spectrum contest preparations with multiple athlete overall wins in: Bikini, Men's and Women's Bodybuilding, and Men's and Women's Physique and Figure. He has also worked with Valley Fitness's Nutrition Competition Team for 6 years. Ricahrd is also a competitor and overall winner of Men's Bodybuilding and Men's Physique Competition. Richard has a passion for people and fitness, and help you reach the physique you desire. 


Lindsay Dozier

Lindsay eats, sleeps and breathes fitness. The only thing that matches her encouragement towards others, is her personal accomplishments. Check out some of Lindsay's accomplishments - which aren't finished yet!

  • Completed +-. 40 Obstacle Course Races, marathons, half marathons, and trail races since 2012
  • Founder of an Obstacle Course Race Training Group in the Central Valley that has grown to over 600 participants
