Urban Block Fitness' classes focus on strength and conditioning through a crafted WOD (Workout of the Day). Each class is led by qualified and accomplished trainers, who completely support your fitness journey. Classes are offered for both men and women. MMA conditioning and Fitness Kickboxing is also offered at Urban Block Fitness, along with "Club" classes that give you a unique workout.

The Ruck Around Club is a club that gets you out into the world, with fellow like-minded individuals. Offered to members and non-members.

How it works: We put on "Rucks," or rucksacks, that weigh between 30-45lbs, and hike.  In between the ruck-hike, we integrate small workouts: squats, push-ups, lunges, etc... It's a unique experience that you will just not find anywhere else. The ruck-hike usually lasts about an hour, and the community you will ruck with is welcoming, encouraging, and genuine! Contact us today, and get ruckin' with us! You will enjoy the beauty of a hike and being in the outdoors, the company of the club, and you will feel accomplished!
